I have been a dedicated  and successful educator, consultant, coach, volunteer and board member. My mission, vision and goals focus on teamwork and students' support towards academic achievement. 

I strive for excellence and am committed to ongoing growth in understanding teaching methodologies and efficient practices. Other related experience include developing and managing research projects in environmental education, publishing findings in peer-reviewed journals, and collaborating with affiliated universities and participating in community services. My qualifications are experience in project management and developing research proposals, mentorship and teaching, excellent communication and interpersonal skills. I can strategically customize consulting services. My specialties in education are:

I am committed to support and grow professionally in the field of education. With over two decades of experience, I have provided the highest quality care by complying with mandates and regulatory requirements. This is not limited to planning, implementing developmentally appropriate education, and activities towards optimal growth. My collaboration with interdisciplinary team, children and  parents have supported an inclusive learning environment for special needs students. 

I believe that my experience and challenges prepare me to impart knowledge and collaborate with colleagues as a team effort towards academic success.

An Independent Researcher begins with terms, organizational framework, culture and all other relevant methods and practices to ascertain, and to validate viable sources with credibility. Faculty members are proactive in researching and preparing others to part-take in the advancement of subject matter and shared resources.
